Tango Fusion Music Workshop

  In this workshop all the participants will work together on making a Tangofusion music piece, that will be presented on the tangofusion LIVE jam on Thursday march 20 in Odessa. Iwan Harlan will install a small studio, and depending on which musicians will participate, he will make a structure that will be used in jamming and recording ( and that will be discussed about ! ) . Please bring your own instrument ( except Drumset, a Drumpad or something else might be possible – please contact Iwan in this case). 

What is it a tangofusion music piece has to offer to get the people dancing in a milonga ?, Which are the important elements ?. These and other questions will be the guidelines in this special and unique workshop. Musicians from all styles are welcome to join this workshop : Balkan, Jazz, Gypsy, Pop, Rock....etc. 

  In diesem Workshop wird gemeinsam mit allen Teilnehmern ein Tangofusion Musikstück erarbeitet das wir dann am nächsten Tag präsentieren wollen. Iwan Harlan wird ein kleines Studio installieren. Je nachdem welche Musiker teilnehmen, wird anhand eines grob vorbereiteten Gerüst gejamt, diskutiert, recorded. (Bitte Instrumente mitbringen, except Drumset – a Drumpad or something else might be possible – please contact Iwan in this case) 
Was muss ein Tangofusionstück haben das es in einer Milonga die Tänzer inspiriert? Welches sind die wichtigen Elemente? Wovon lebt ein Fusiotango? Diese und andere Fragen werden uns in dem Prozess leiten. Es sind Musiker aller Stilrichtungen zur Fusion mit dem Tango willkommen: Balkan, Jazz, Gypsy, Pop, Rock....ect. Der Workshop ist auf 3 Stunden anvisiert.
